Management

Edward J Hannan, President
Edward (Ed) Hannan graduated from Manhattan College with a BS in Civil Engineering. He was commissioned a 2nd Lt. in the Marine Corps and graduated from Artillery School. He served in the Far East including a tour in Viet Nam further tours took him to the Caribbean and Mediterranean. He left active duty as a Captain. On return to civilian life he worked for 3 years as a project engineer for the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co. Ed started work at KFH as an engineer and has been President for the last 20 years. In his spare time Ed rides his Harley (across the country twice) or his horse. He also plays golf badly.

Rhonda Reese, Office Manager-Human Resources-Sales Coordinator
Rhonda started her professional career 25 years ago for a local vehicle manufacturer assisting Executive Management of an international company.  Through ownership changes of this company, she has participated in production startups, has taken on responsibility of, or assisted in many different departments including Purchasing, Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Engineering, and Quality.  She has gained extensive on the job knowledge, as well as through company sponsored certifications in all aspects of office functions of a manufacturing company. Rhonda played a vital role in this company for 17 years and was ready for a new challenge.

Rhonda joined the Keystone team in 2007 as a Human Resource Specialist.  Shortly after starting with Keystone, she took on the Sales Coordinator and Payroll responsibilities.  Most recent, she has assumed the Office Manager role, with 2 accounting clerks and one receptionist under her supervision.  Rhonda is also a Notary Public commissioned by the state of Pennsylvania.  She can be contacted by calling or emailing Keystone.

Outside of work, she can be found in a tree during archery season, and on a local creek or river kayaking on warmer days.  She enjoys sharing special treats from her hunting harvests with the office staff.

Engineering

Our Engineering Department consists of three engineers and a research and development specialist.  These four people work closely with our skilled production staff to offer our customers our experience and expertise from conception and design, to prototyping and to final production. Our two Tool Designers have well over a half a century of tool making and design experience and we are dedicated to researching and implementing new tooling and production techniques.

J. Alex Witter, Director of Engineering
Alex graduated from Penn State in Industrial Engineering and Management Systems in 1989.  Also in 1989, he took a position with KFH as an engineer and worked with the quality department, tool room and costing. Since 1995, he has been the Director of Engineering as well as working with quality and production. Although an engineer, Alex can be contacted regarding any matter and will field any questions or inquiries. Outside of work, Alex enjoys mountain biking and skiing and spends many hours coaching soccer with his daughters.

Mike Brown
Mike graduated in 1996 from Pennsylvania College of technology with a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. Mike also has an associate’s degree in Tool Design Technology. He joined Keystones’ engineering department in 2001. Before coming to Keystone, Mike worked on numerous projects as an equipment specialist designing and building automated manufacturing equipment. His current position in the engineering department is working with customers on cost for new projects and eliminating problems on current projects. Mike is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys flying remote controlled planes.

Adam Kistner
Adam started working full time at Keystone in 2000 after co-oping for parts of two years prior to graduating from RIT.  He has worked in the Engineering dept on various research and design projects allowing customer’s designs/ideas to function properly and/or eliminating problems using knowledge of mechanics, material, and manufacturability. He uses this info to balance cost with functionality and reliability in determining price to customers on new projects while also quoting a large portion of current products. He also serves as safety/environmental coordinator for the company.  Adam is avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing.

Engineering

Our Quality Assurance Dept. works with engineering and production staff to ensure each part is made to the customers specifications.  All parts must be approved by a trained member of the Quality Assurance staff  before manufacturing begins.
